Finding a Chart

When you first log on to Preset, the first step is to select a workspace. A workspace is simply a collection of all content shared between yourself and others.

After selecting a workspace, you will be taken to the Home Page.

Select_My_Workspace@2x

From here, on the top menu Toolbar, select Charts.

Charts_Option1@2x(1)

A list of all Preset charts that you have access to appears.

To view a chart, simply click on its name.

Select_Chart@2x

...and the chart appears:

By default, charts appear in a tabular format. If you prefer you can also view charts in a card format by selecting the card icon:

Select_Card_View@2x

The card view looks as follows:

  • Created By: The user who created the chart.
  • Viz Type: The visalization/chart type (e.g., Histogram, Line Chart, etc.).
  • Dataset: The dataset used to create the chart.
  • Favorite: Whether a chart was favorited or not.

You can also enter a keyword in the Search field.
