How to Find Charts and Dashboards

Find a Chart

In the top Toolbar, select Charts.

The Charts page appears, listing all charts that you have access to:

To view a chart, just select its name.

...and the chart appears:

Card View

By default, charts in the Charts screen appear in a tabular format. If you prefer you can also view charts in a card format by selecting the card icon:

Filters and Search

To narrow down the list of charts, you can filter by:

  • Owner: The user(s) who have current ownership of the chart.
  • Created By: The user who created the chart.
  • Viz Type: The visalization/chart type (e.g., Histogram, Line Chart, etc.).
  • Dataset: The dataset used to create the chart.
  • Favorite: Whether a chart was favorited or not.

You can also enter a keyword in the Search field.

Find a Dashboard

In the Toolbar, select Dashboards to view a list of dashboards that you can access.

The Dashboards screen appears.

To view a dashboard, just click on its title.

...and the dashboard appears:

Card View

Like charts, the Dashboards screen displays dashboards in tabular format, but you can always select the card icon to switch to the card view.

Filters and Search

To narrow down the list of charts, you can filter by:

  • Owner: The user(s) who have current ownership of the dashboard.
  • Created By: The user who created the dashboard.
  • Status: Whether a dashboard is published, unpublished, or neither.
  • Favorite: Whether a dashboard is favorited, not favrorited, or either.

You can also enter a keyword in the Search field.
